¡Shops to inspire: Viveca in Palma de Mallorca!

New cities means discovering new shops an find lots of inspiration. My favourite this summer is Viveca in Palma de Mallorca. In a small alley with a lot of empty garages is the perfect location for Viveca, a shop full of vintage treasures! Lamps, beautiful wand paintings and even a ceramic Dutch kitchen set for herbs.

Luckily I stayed in Palma for more than a week so I could visit this inspiring shop a few times. My favourites: the beautiful Scandinavian lamps from the sixties. Sometimes you travelbag isn't big enough...

Het fijne van op vakanties gaan is het ontdekken van veel leuke winkels waar je geweldige inspiratie op kunt doen. Mijn favoriet van deze zomervakantie: Viveca in Palma de Mallorca. Een klein straatje met twee rijen garages is de perfecte plek voor Viveca, een shop vol met prachtige vintage schatten! Lampen, mooie handbeschilderde wanddoeken en zelfs een Nederlands potten en kruiden rek van keramiek. Gelukkig was ik ruim een week in Palma en kon ik een paar keer inspiratie snuiven bij deze leuke winkel. Mijn favorieten: de prachtige vintage Scandinavische lampen uit de sixties. Soms is je koffer helaas echt niet groot genoeg...

Finaly I am on my way to Spain to enjoy my holidays there!

Some hours Barcelona, a few days in Asturias and Bilbao and two weeks at Mallorca.

I am looking forward to wake up in in the Asturian hills, reading books, enjoying the Spanish food, visit inspiring city's and discovering Mallorca.

A part of my holidays I won't have access to Internet, so it will be quiet at ¡MuyBien! for a few weeks. I'll be back at the end of September, and if you like you can meet me here at Instagram.

Eindelijk is het ook voor mij vakantie en ben ik op weg naar Spanje! Een paar uur Barcelona, een paar dagen in Asturias en Bilbao en twee weken Mallorca. Ik kijk nu al uit naar wakker worden in de Asturiaanse heuvels, lekker lezen, genieten van het heerlijke Spaanse eten, inspirerende steden bezoeken en Mallorca ontdekken. Een deel van mijn vakantie is er geen internet, dus het zal de komende weken stil zijn op ¡MuyBien!. Eind september ben ik weer terug en als je wil kun je me hier de komende tijd volgen op Instagram. ¡Tot gauw!

¡Holiday home at Mallorca!

May started with lots of sun, and with a long weekend in front of me, I will spend a lot of my time at the beach. Dreaming of my Summer holiday. Where will I go this year? Will it be Morocco, a road trip trough Central Europa, Portugal or island hopping in Spain....?

Wherever it may be, it would be great to stay in a beautiful Holliday home like the one of Tine K in Mallorca. Love the tiles, whites and bamboo and rattan furniture and lamps.

Although it isn't that big, it is a real dream house to me.

Mei is gestart vol zon en met een lang weekend in het vooruitzicht, weet ik zeker dat ik veel op het strand ga zijn. Nadenken over mijn vakantiebestemming. Waar zal ik dit jaar weer eens naar toe gaan? Wordt het Marokko, een road trip door Centraal Europa, Portugal of eiland hoppen in Spanje....? Waar ik ook naar toe ga, het zo fijn zijn als ik een mooi vakantiehuis kan vinden, zoals het mooie vakantiehuis van Tine K op Mallorca. Ik vind de tegels, al het wit en de bamboe en rotan meubels en lampen echt geweldig. Alhoewel het geen groot appartement is, is het een echt droomhuis voor mij.
