¡Instagram favourite: Pilarbox!

Met dit herfstweer en veel binnen zijn, is er nog meer tijd om Instagram te bezoeken. 

Inmiddels heb ik een aantal favorieten, die zulke mooie foto's maken, dat ik ze graag met jullie deel.

Pilar Rojas (Pilarbox) is een Spaanse designer die in Melbourne woont. Ze ontwerpt en maakt prachtige keramieken sieraden, lepels en potten van wit porselein. Ik geniet van de stillevens die Pilar steeds weer weet te maken van materialen, haar sieraden of objecten en mooie vintage stukken: pure poëzie! Pilar maakt vooral sieraden en kleine objecten die we in ons persoonlijke leven kunnen dragen of gebruiken. Zo kun je iedere keer weer mooie herinneringen maken. Pilar werkt volgens het "Slow movement" principe: duurzaam ambachtelijk werk met oog voor detail en omgeving. Er wordt hard gewerkt aan een website, maar tot die tijd kun je dagelijks van haar mooie ontwerpen genieten op Instagram en Facebook.

Outside it looks like Autumn, so a lot of time to spend on a couch watching Instagram. I have a some favourites, who makes such beautiful pictures which I like to share them with you. Pilar Rojas (Pilarbox) is a Spanish designer who lives in Melbourne. She designs and makes beautiful ceramic jewelery spoons and other domestic objects of white porcelain. I enjoy her still-life’s of materials, porcelain jewelery, objects or vintage items which are created by Pilar every day: Pure Poetry! Pilar mostly creates jewelery and small object which we can wear or use in our personal or domestic worlds. Everyday you make new memoirs with them. Pilar connects with the "slow movement" its support of things local, its stance on sustainability and most of all, for its contribution to contemporary making and the way in which it is reshaping craft practice.
